Shipping and Returns
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order, and backorders).
Where We Ship
US orders over $50.00 ship free, orders to Canada less than $200.00 are $15.00 flat rate, orders over $200.00 ship free. At this time we are not offering International shipments. Please see our stockist list for retailers who offer International shipping.
Taxes and Duties
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total to all orders shipping within United States.
All other countries are considered Non-Resident Duties Unpaid (NRDUP) and may be subject to additional duties and taxes and fees from customs in the destination country. The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes and fees levied by the destination country. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival. Refused shipments will be liable for the full amount of shipping costs.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of order date. Unused products are eligible for a full refund while gently used items will receive store credit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees of $7.95. To begin a return, please email your order number and reason for return to email@example.com.
What is non-returnable?
- Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
- Travel sizes, gift sets, partial sets, promotional items, tools.
Receiving a Refund
Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check and will be issued in original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. REVERIE may refuse any returns that do not comply with our conditions stated above.
Damages, Incomplete & Incorrect Orders

REVERIE may refuse any returns that do not comply with our conditions stated above. In the event a product is delivered in damaged condition a full return or exchange will be processed. Damages must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery receipt.
If you have received an item in error, or are missing an item from your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the order confirmation number and details of missing/incorrect items. Our team will review the information and correct delivery errors free of charge.
