SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order, and backorders).
Where We Ship
We currently ship to Canadian and U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. If we do not currently ship direct to your country, please visit sephora.com or cultbeauty.co.uk for international shipping options.
Taxes and Duties
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total to all orders shipping within California.
All other countries are considered Non-Resident Duties Unpaid (NRDUP) and may be subject to additional duties and taxes and fees from customs in the destination country. The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes and fees levied by the destination country. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of order date. Items must be returned unopened/unused, in their original packaging. To begin a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
Receiving a Refund
Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check and will be issued in original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. REVERIE may refuse any returns that do not comply with our conditions stated above.
Damages, Incomplete & Incorrect Orders

Damages must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery receipt.
If you have received an item in error, or are missing an item from your order, please contact email@example.com with the order confirmation number and details of missing/incorrect items. Our team will review the information and correct delivery errors free of charge.
